³⁴ But when He slew them,
then they sought Him, and turned back,
and desired God eagerly.
³⁵ Then they remembered that God was their Rock
and El Elyon their Redeemer.
³⁶ But they flattered Him with their mouth
and kept lying to Him with their tongue.
